Fitness Suite
The fitness suite has an extensive range of cardio equipment including rowers, joggers & cross trainers, etc. The weights section of the fitness suite is equally well equipped with a wide selection of equipment including a smith machine, cable crossover, 45 leg press & a good range of free weights & benches. The fitness suite also has a range of music and TV viewing to assist you in your workout.
All new members are given an induction by the club's qualified fitness staff which will aid them to use the fitness suite in a safe & progressive manner. In addition personal training programmes are also available to help you achieve your goals.

Spinning
Spinning brings the concept of road cycling to an indoor studio and with the help of music and disco lights creating a unique fun and social environment in which to work out.
Great for reducing body fat, toning legs and bums and stress relief, spinning can help you increase your aerobic capacity and endurance and burn up to 500 calories in a 45 minute session. It also has minimal Impact on the joints.
Fully qualified instructors are on hand to welcome everyone of all fitness levels and ages including non-members.
Sessions are very popular and can be booked through reception at the Club.
- Monday - 7.15pm to 8pm
- Wednesday - 7pm to 7.45pm
- Thursday - 7pm to 7.45pm
